Our Leadership

CEO/Founder

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts from the Pre-Law curriculum of Temple University and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership, with High Distinction, from Liberty University.

After serving his country in the United States Army, Michael had a very successful career in the mortgage banking business and retired after 32 years. He has since been very active in volunteer work, both in church and outside, having served in prison minstry for several years in the past.

After leading a men's breafast for more than 10 years , Michael, along with a group of men, founded Band of Brothers Ministries in 2022. Michael selected several dear brothers in Christ to serve on the excutive leadership team.

In 2014, Michael became one of the three original principals of Tiospaye Ministries, Inc., serving the Native American communities on both the Rosebud and Pine Ridge reservations in South Dakota. He relinquished his ownership of Tiospaye in 2016, serving as Executive Director until being promoted to President on November 1, 2018.

President

Tim Vibbert is of Native American ancestry. His past life of poverty and brokenness has given him the grace and desire to minister to Native Americans and help them work towards a brighter future. In 2014, Tim founded Tiospaye Ministries

Tim has been in the Information Technology industry for 30 years. He as held many diiferent roles. He is currently service as a Technical Program Manager, DevSecOps Lead, and Growth Lead.

Secretary

Dennis was employed by Hoeganaes Corporation, a leader in powder metals worldwide, for 37 years, being responsible for purchasing, inventory, logistics, and cost reporting. During his term at Hoeganaes, Dennis participated in company sponsored charity events, and later participated in a weekly church men’s breakfast ministry, for five years. For the past two years Dennis has served as food supervisor for the ministry. Now retired, Dennis has chosen to use his good organizational, planning, and accounting skills to serve as Secretary for Band of Brothers Ministries.

Prayer Minister

Jesse received a Bachelor's Degree from Thomas Edison University in Computer Science, and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Steven's Institute of Technology, and has been an Engineer at Lockheed Martin for over 30 years. He has held roles such as a Software Engineer. System Administration and Database Administration, and is currently working as a Systems Engineer.

Jesse has also studied at Crown College in Minnesota via the Christian and Missionary Alliance Ministerial (C&MA) Studies program to be a pastor, and is currently serving an internship as Men's Pastor at a local church in Westhampton NJ.

Jesse also serves on the Council of Tiospaye Ministries.
